EXCEPTION
* marks the exception to the rule. Great founders always are.
WILDCARD
In code, * selects all. I like founders who expand the market, not just capture it.
MULTIPLICATION
I look for founders who can identify hires that are force multiplier and not just team additions.
RISK
Asterisk contains 'risk.' I back founders who run toward the problems others avoid.
Since 2019, I've invested in a few dozen companies. I like to learn vicariously through my portfolio and help founders avoid the mistakes I made. I tend to be most helpful on marketing strategy, brand, and design.
